Abstract

The advent of mobile computing has allowed work to be done outside the premises of the offices. Initially, laptops are designed to increase productivity of engineers, managers, sales people and the like. At present, developments are focused on incorporating laptops in communication network to allow distant communication with the main office via e-mail.
