Abstract
The present study was undertaken in order to elucidate the impact of AIM on small dairy farmers and to reveal the rise in income under AIM in Inner Mongolia from diversified viewpoints. The study first puts its focus on the concept of AIM in Section 2. Section 3 and 4 examines the possibility of increasing the income of dairy farmers under AIM by Cost-Volume-Profit (CVP) analysis, and estimation of production function of milk yield. The social conditions affecting AIM are indicated in Section 5, and the concluding comments are presented in Section 6.
