Abstract

This book is increasingly relevant for three reasons. First, HIT is an increasingly important part of everyday life in healthcare, but there is a large gap between reality and optimal use. Second, clinical innovation is becoming an increasingly well established science within healthcare, but the innovation experts rarely are HIT experts as well.
