Abstract

The authors talk about innovation initiative. A scenario is created to illustrate the process of innovation. They enumerate six steps to move innovation initiatives forward which include dividing the labor, assembling a dedicated team and managing the partnership. The experiences of Xerox, Kodak and Sears are cited as examples.
