In 5 patients with medicamentously treated retothelic sarcoma, bone marrow scintigrams, each with 10 mCi 99TC(m) sulphur rhenium colloid were made in the area of the minor pelvis, of the lower lumbar vertebrae and of the proximal femoral third. One patient showed an increase in radioactivity accumulation, and the other patients a decrease. In one patient the bone marrow scintigram gave rise to a suspicion of tumor focuses in the sacral bone marrow.
