Abstract

The composition of camels' milk, which is marketed in some parts of India, is reviewed. The milk is also used alone and in admixture with cows' and ewes' milk for the production of 'chal' and 'shubat' (which resemble koumiss), cheese, and other fermented milks such as kefir, khoa and karud. CDA.
