Abstract

This article discusses an approach to the problem of performance review and managerial development in business enterprises. The article discusses the basis of the approach on the modified theory of management, the integration into an overall pattern in management, the principles and methods used by managers who are getting the best performance in industry and in government, and an improved pattern of relationships between the superior and the subordinate employee.
