Abstract

Dynamic radioactive tracer-based techniques (SPECT/PET) are particularly well suited for the study of gait and posture. This chapter will describe these methods, their application to voluntary movements, and an overview of the neural correlates and underlying pathophysiology of neurological gait disorders.
