Abstract

The common phenomena in conjugated polyphenylenes were phosphorescence and direct fluorescence (DF). The importance of electron-electron interactions in conjugated polymers was discussed. The results showed the effect of radioactive decay of triplet excitons causing phosphorescence in organic molecules.
