Abstract

In Chile, higher education has increased its coverage, however, an insufficient involvement of the lower income quintiles can be observed. In this context policies to correct the access in higher education have been developed, as is the case of inclusive propaedeutic programs, implemented at USACH, UCSH and UAH There is very little information on implementation of these programs, therefore, this research aims to be a contribution by characterizing the management systems of different universities in light of the dimensions of the Comprehensive Management. The systematization of the information collected is intended as a starting point for future research on equity and effectiveness in the permanence of propaedeutic inclusive programs.
