Using statistical network calculus theory, a model of an entrepreneur characteristic evolution system is put forward. In this system, stages in the enterprise lifecycle are considered to be network nodes which offer services for the incoming flows. Comparing with Input and output by several stages, entrepreneur characteristic changes will be found out to estimated sustainability of entrepreneur potential ability. © 2011 IEEE.
