The research of facility management based on organization strategy perspective

Abstract

Owing to diversification of Facility Management roles and responsibilities, Facility Management industry is facing a serious identity crisis. Based on organization strategy perspective, a conception frame model was conceived from strategic facility planning, space management & service outsourcing, and management audit. The purpose of the paper is to help people recognize the essence and core value of facility management.
