Abstract

With the development of the basic education curriculum reform and information teaching, the distance training, which helps improve teachers' professional skills, becomes an effective way for primary and secondary school teachers to accept continuing education. Analysis on achievements in the digital resources construction will be showed in this paper, in which problems are also indicated such as policy flaw, inadequate fund, resources shortage, the lack of unified standard and balanced development, etc. Additionally, series of construction strategies for digital resources of distance training will also be demonstrated in the article including overall planning, policy guiding, advocating sustainable development, emphasizing on high quality resources construction and unifying standard and criterion. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.
