Abstract
Some specifications for HPLC methodol. are discussed and some recent applications of HPLC are reviewed with emphasis on QA (quality assurance). Although HPLC is used extensively by numerous groups, certain papers that the authors feel reflect the current role will be considered. The literature covered is primarily 1989 to mid-1990 with refs. to earlier articles as appropriate. [on SciFinder(R)]
