Abstract

Diffusion tensor images(DTI), which are matrix valued data sets, have recently attracted increased attention in the fields of medical imaging and visualization. In this chapter, we review the state of art in DTI segmentation and present some details of our recent approach to this problem. © 2006 Springer Science+Business Media, Inc.
