Abstract

A report of a geological survey conducted by R. W. Brock and other members of the geological department of the University of British Columbia, 1923-1935, The geological column ranges from Permian to Miocene (?). The distribution, relations, age, and development of the formations are described. The few imperfect fossils found are reported on by specialists, S. S. Buckman for ammonites, and A. C. Seward for plants; T. D. A. Cockerell describes an elytron of a beetle named Otiorhynchites williamsi n. sp. The fossils are regarded as probably Jurassic
