Study on higher education quality evaluation system of local universities

Abstract

In this paper, based on the development orientation of local universities, the drawbacks of the higher education quality evaluation system are discussed. By the analysis of the reasons of these drawbacks, some basic principles of the higher education quality evaluation system, such as the diversity, features, and times, are proposed. © 2013 Springer Science+Business Media.
