Abstract

This study is about the evaluation of the cognitive emotion information system in order to raise the market competitiveness of products of small businesses. The cognitive emotion information is constructed by modularizing cognitive and emotional information such as visual, auditory, and tactile senses. Although the interview related to using of systems proceeded, the system design-centered process needs to improve because small businesses have non-linear processes. Since the characteristic that small businesses benchmark a lot their competitors is founded with this characteristic the small businesses considers the product component. Therefore, new features of product’s component centered system is constructed and users evaluation is proceeded in this study.
