Abstract
Everyone involved in software quality should have the ISTQB Foundation Level at a minimum. ISTQB Foundation Level Certification improves efficiency and reduces communication errors because everyone who is certified will be using the same software testing language and principles. If you aren’t using the same software testing terminology, that can lead to confusion, errors, lost time, software defects, and lost revenue. That’s why many companies require that even their most experienced testers have ISTQB Foundation Level certification: it improves communication and saves money.
