Abstract
As the technology for the processing of TFT-LCD industry improves, the feature size of the panel becomes bigger and bigger. Consequently, the requirement for plant construction becomes more stringent. This paper introduces new construction technologies in Taiwan, including buckling restrained braces and precast waffle slab. Above applications are feasible and efficient for high-tech plant construction project to achieve faster, economize and promote seismic performance.
