Abstract

This paper describes a case study of 18 researchers and subject-matter experts in a university-business-government consortium who describe communication in technology transfer and diffusion. Interview analysis shows that the variables of open, responsive, and timely communication were critical to the success of this green innovation project. © 2006 IEEE.
