Abstract
The elaborated mathematics model is fundamented on parabolic dependence of the transfer speed coefficients on interfacial tensions in case of Doluisio-Swintoski "liquid-bridge" nodel. The established regression equation describes perfectly the membrane-penetration process and it contributes to understand this kind of phenomenon in pharmacokynetic studies. The calculated transfer coefficients on base of this equation allow choose of some suitable lipid barrier, as alternative for n-octanol and which can possibly better simulate biologic membranes.
