Abstract
As demand for bariatric surgery continues to grow, a streamlined, convenient method of registering and pre-qualifying patients becomes critical to maintaining quality care. Web-based health record software for bariatric surgeons and practices has been developed with enhancements to provide an easy to use patient registration and medical history portal. The results are more accurate patient qualification, improved office efficiency, and high quality structured data.
