Abstract

The paper examines the dynamics of work culture, gender and occupational stress in the context of Psychological Well-being and coping mechanisms of employees in the Corporate sector. It analyses the role of personal efficiency and personal sense of control in motivating people at work place. It also refers to multidimensionality of well being in terms of achievement, social contacts, control, feeling of happiness with family, work satisfaction, spiritual quality, personal competence, social support, autonomy, coping and freedom from anxiety.
