The Faculty of Health: Medicine, Dentistry and Human Sciences wishes to appoint an assistant administrator to support the Admissions and Enrolments team within the Professional Development Unit (PDU), based in the Rolle Building near Drake’s Circus. The PDU offers upwards of 35 postgraduate programmes and 150 modules aimed at healthcare professionals seeking to continue their professional development.



Under the direction of one of a team of Professional Development Unit (PDU) Admissions & Enrolment Officers, you will be responsible for routine administrative activities to aid the delivery of a customer focused and efficient administrative support service within the PDU Admissions team.

You will be the first point of contact and will deal with enquiries via reception, telephone and email from prospective applicants to the many programmes and modules offered by the PDU.



You will have experience of operating in a customer facing role, be able to work as an effective member of the team and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Other attributes required for the role can be found within the .

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a fixed-term basis until 31 July 2020 due to business demand.
