Basic qualifications:• Bachelors / University Degree required in statistics, math, economics/econometrics, operations research, science / engineering, finance, or other quantitative decision sciences

• Demonstrated experience with Advertising and Marketing Technology including demand-side platforms, ad servers, consumer data management platforms, digital asset management systems, and other critical components of the technology stack

• Significant years of experience working for Agency/Brand, including programmatic and real time bidding environment

Preferred qualifications:• Passionate about digital marketing and knowledgeable about the latest advancements in the field

• Experience with Google technology stack (DBM, DCM, DS, GA360, Data Studio, Big Query, etc)

• Detailed knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM tools

• Ability to drive complex enterprise-wide change initiatives with executive level stakeholders

• In-depth knowledge of advertising technology space with hands-on experience with leading and emerging players in this space

• Demonstrated project management skills leading cross-functional, global teams

• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with strong customer focus and the capability to influence at different levels in the organization

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a commitment to delivering on-time and quality results

• Experience managing complex RFPs, vendor relationships, & budgets >£1M

• Experience working with offshore teams for data processing & reporting

Key Responsibilities:

GSK Consumer Healthcare has set high expectations for using analytics to more deeply understand business problems, predict outcomes, optimize resources, and ultimately provide recommendations. To achieve these ambitions in the digital marketing space a new global digital analytics team has been created that will lead our digital data & business intelligence strategy while delivering best-in-class insights to improve digital marketing effectiveness & efficiency. Digital Analytics will be fundamental in optimizing the substantial digital media brand investments that continues to fuel global sales growth each year

As the successful applicant, you will lead our global digital marketing data strategy and our technology ecosystem to improve both effectiveness & efficiency of our digital spend for GSK Consumer Healthcare

• You will define, influence and drive a multi-year global Advertising / Marketing Technology strategy

• Develop strategic technology roadmap to maximize expected ROI on the substantial global digital media spend while enabling long-term marketing objectives

• Develop global strategy to onboard 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data including all necessary technology to manage this end to end process

• Promote new culture and governance within GSK Consumer Healthcare that will prioritize data as an asset focusing on 1st party data management, measurement, and accountability

• Own relationship and represent GSK Consumer Healthcare globally with key 3rd party marketing technology providers

• Establish strategic external marketing data partnerships to continuously improve our ability to effectively reach consumers

• Provide leadership and accountability for the newly adopted technology roadmap that responds to current business demands while predicting future needs

• Partner with IT, Legal, and Compliance to ensure GSK Consumer Healthcare has a best in class marketing platform that protects consumer privacy and meets regulatory compliance standards

• Financial responsibility for execution and implementation of technology capital and operating expenses each year

• Improve global data transparency throughout digital marketing ecosystem to help achieve GSK Consumer Healthcare operating profit targets
