**Job Description**


Provide support with digital channel optimizations, project management team leadership, sales support, services and field operations.

Support globally for both onsite/offsite services, support, installations, Tier 2/3 tech support and SC and B2B operations.

Facilitate total account growth through improved customer experience, vendor consolidation, ease of ordering and preferential supplier status.

Design and execute the strategic plan for direct customer acquisition, development, and retention of eBusiness solutions across assigned customer segments and LSG markets.

Train Regional Sales Representatives on eSolutions project processes and the features and the benefits to customers.

Supervise 8 employees: 5 Senior E. Business Analysts; 1 Market Development Manager; and 2 Marketing Specialists.


Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Business or related field of study plus 5 years of sales, information technology, eProcurement/eBusiness operations or related experience. Employer also accepts Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience as an equivalent alternative.

Must have experience or knowledge of:

Data analysis;


R&D end-users and leadership;




Manage and report on opportunity metrics and revenue;

Customer procurement systems and practices; and

Knowledge of scientific products.


Domestic and international travel at least 50% of the time
