### Summary

**This position is located at Carl Darnell Army Medical Center, Resource Management. You will serve as Management Analyst for the Medical Expense and Performance Reporting System (MEPRS) at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center (CRDAMC), and Dental Activity (DENTAC) MEPRS.**

### Responsibilities

* Use system generated reports to gather statistical information, identify trends and resolve inaccurate or questionable data.
* Analyze trends in workload reporting and cost data using MEPRS Executive Query System (MEQS).
* Act as an alternate operator and administrator in maintaining EAS IV and its subsystems.
* Coordinate with computer specialists/analysts from Information Management Division (IMD), Army MEPRS Program Office (AMPO), OTSG, and civilian contractors.
* Assumes responsibility for MEPRS and its subsystems in the absence of the Lead MEPRS Analyst.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

### Qualifications

In order to qualify, you must meet the education/and or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level in the Federal service which includes conducting studies to recommend improvements; preparing reports regarding statistical data; and performing analysis of systems and/or procedures.
OR
Successfully completed a master's degree or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B or J.D. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position, such as (Study in Management, Finances, business Administration, or Accounting). (NOTE: You must attach a copy of your transcripts for verification).
OR
Combination of some specialized experience, but less than one year; and less than two years of graduate level education. I have computed the percentage of the requirements that I meet, and the total is at least 100% (To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of graduate education beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100 percent to qualify. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.)
