This leading global Electronics Research Company is looking for a versatile Research/R&D Electronics Engineer to join them. They are expanding their Oxfordshire based research group and need a talented R&D Electronics Engineer to apply their broad mix of analogue & digital electronics design and embedded software skills to the development of innovative electro-optic displays such as virtual reality headsets, interactive touch screens and related technology. This is creative & inventive work. The company's 25 years of research has generated an extensive portfolio of technology IP of components, sensors & displays which are incorporated by many major household name manufacturers into an incredibly broad range of products including consumer electronics, medical devices and complex industrial automation equipment. As R&D Electronics Engineer you will be a key contributor in the development of the next generation of these highly advanced technologies. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented and multi-skilled Electronics Engineer with a strong research background to continue their work in a commercial environment. Working closely with Device Scientists, the R&D Electronics Engineer will design and develop the prototype circuitry to interface and drive new electro-optic devices such as VR displays and touch panels. As a result, this is a superb opportunity to work in a research environment and see your designs subsequently appear in major commercial products in the very near future. This will all be at the company's cutting edge research facility based in Oxfordshire.
