Physics Graduate Teaching Assistant- The Graduate You must have graduated from university with a 2:1 or higher in your Physics/Engineering degree and have an excellent academic background. You must be an excellent communicator and have the ability to empathise with and provide sufficient academic support from students of all abilities and backgrounds. Physics Graduate Teaching Assistant- The Role As a Physics Graduate teaching assistant you will be working closely with the subject teachers to support them in the planning preparation and delivery of lessons. You will also be working with targeted students who need extra support to achieve their full potential in their GCSE Physics and Maths. You must find innovative ways to motivate students and allow them to reach their goals.
