This SEN Teaching Assistant role requires an experienced candidate who can jump straight into a complex and demanding timetable that will take you all over the school. You will ideally also have a good degree - preferably a core subject area and a 1st or 2:1. Part of the role will be supporting academic progress and mentoring learners whose next step will be into university. Other aspects of the role will include supporting EAL learners, helping Year 7 pupils integrate and transition to the high school phase and SEN support in 1-2-1, small group and in-class.
