Due to our experience and resources, we've expanded into experienced hire positions within the Data Analytics and IT sectors, with a view to expand into more sectors in the future. Clients know us for our knowledge, experience and solid reputation in the field of graduate recruitment and we consider it one of our main selling points.

We are looking to expand the online advertising division of GRB to increase our service offering to both clients and candidates. Year on year, we've been increasing traffic to our website and are looking to utilise this opportunity to grow this area of the business.

The Opportunity

We are looking to hire someone into an Advertising Solutions Sales role, which entails a mixture of new business development and account management in consultative sales, dealing with both inbound and outbound calls.

You will be contacting a variety of different business as the exposure of GRB is far reaching and we operate across many industries. Some of our high profile clients include PwC, Deliveroo, MI5 and BAE Systems - as well as some fast growing start-ups.

Furthermore, you'll present the GRB brand to media buyers who negotiate, purchase and monitor advertising space on behalf of their own clients, both over the phone and face to face. As you will be fulfilling their needs to ensure their own success and guarantee repeat business, this will require you to tailor the packages to their needs.

Ultimately, this is a sales role, so you will be required to work towards monthly and yearly financial sales targets set by your line manager.

Full training and mentoring is offered for the ideal candidate to get up to speed with the role, and there will be a level of trust and autonomy required for you to work hard and be successful. In addition, you will be responsible for self-ownership of your own client base throughout your career. You will also be given an established client base which has already generated sales revenue of £60K.
