Elevation Business Support are currently supporting a Not for Profit client with the recruitment of a temporary Data Analyst to join their expanding Product Development team.

This is initially for a period of 6 months, however this is likely to be extended further, dependent upon business needs.

The successful individual will be responsible for creating, managing and maintaining management information reporting for multiple projects throughout the organisation as a key member of the Product Development team.

This position will have responsibility for the development of regular operational, financial and quality reports and provide ad-hoc analytical support.

Duties & Responsibilities;

-Defining reporting requirements based on stakeholder and contract needs and collaborate on design with other team members
-Development of reports using Tableau, Microsoft Power BI or other equivalent tools with a variety of database types
-Partnering with different teams to design and test solutions
-Working across the organisation to research and answer complex questions related to specific programmes
-Working with programme team members to cleanse data

Requirements;

-Extensive knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL, Tableau, VBA or similar applications is essential. Experience delivering business intelligence / management information solutions and a highly motivated and productive self-learner
-Degree level qualified or equivalent (although we will consider candidates with good level of experience and training
-At least 2 years' experience in a similar role with good literacy and numeracy skills and experience in data analysis and dashboard creation.
-Being a team player with strong analytical skills, you will have a thorough understanding of relational database design with the ability to perform in an agile, self-directed team environment.
-Flexibility and adaptability in relation to change is essential in this role, as is excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as you will need to be able to communicate with, interpret and understand reporting needs for various levels within the organisation.
