An exciting opportunity is available to join the University's Quality Enhancement Service (QES) as a Quality Administrative Officer.

As Quality Administrative Officer you will be responsible for the effective co-ordination of all aspects of quality assurance across a School/s, ensuring successful implementation of University policy and procedures. You will prepare School level reports and procedures and support a range of quality processes including course approval, continuous monitoring and periodic review. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining courses in the in the University's Student Record System and will provide officer support to School committee meetings.

You will have excellent organisation and communication skills, along with a working knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance policies and procedures in the UK HE sector. You will work effectively both independently and as part of a team and be experienced in producing reports and other documentation, including the agendas and minutes of formal meetings.
