Overview We are currently recruiting for a Dental Expert to develop relationships across the pyramid of influence, including Dental and Hygiene student faculties to deliver our Clients Oral Care Portfolio Educational program To change Expert recommendation behavior in favor of our clients brands, and influence dental practitioners, hygienists, therapists, nurses, academics and all key opinion leaders within the dental profession in a specific geographical territory. To work with the Irish ERM/Oral Care Marketing Manager to implement/develop the Pan Ireland Dental Expert strategy. Leverage relationships with IDA (ROI) in order to further enhance our brands and companies profile within the expert field of Dentistry. Responsibilities Execute a predefined but continuously evolving Dental Surgery Call Plan incorporating Dentist and Hygienists. Call plan should target minimum 65% coverage (Face to face interactions) Achieve or exceed objectives set for each cycle (ie call rates, lunch and learn presentations, call quality, samples - message recall tracking) Utilize and develop call plan effectiveness through CRM system ensuring data entry after each call. Detail scientific benefits of the brands and additional BTL support for them to Dental Professionals, Therapists and Hygienists to secure their endorsement and recommendation to appropriate patients Build and leverage UK education materials with Irish ERM to mirror best practice execution with Dental HCPs Deliver educational programmes to Healthcare Professionals and their staff within practice and at trade shows and events Place signage and materials in surgery and waiting rooms, and optimise their visibility and impact to patients Develop collaborative relationships with Schools of Dentistry and network across the academic environment Establish business relationships with HSE and other Government agencies (inc. other healthcare facilities - Nursing Homes) Report continuously the activity on territory of competitors, customers and profession Work with CPM to continuously augment the service we provide to our client and continuously win in the market versus competing brands and organisations Undertake any other duties commensurate with the role as required Qualifications Qualifications in the area of Dental Nursing, Dental Hygiene Ideally 5+ year experience in or equivalent experience in the Dental sector Full clean driving license Strong planning and administration experience - attention to detail & operational administration adherence Proven experience to drive continuous improvement of performance vs KPIs on a weekly & monthly basis Excellent Interpersonal Skills Technologically Aware Must have energy, enthusiasm and drive to embed the client centric culture of CPM & our brands
