of Key Clients' to join their established Business Development team. This is a newly created role. In this role, you will focus on developing and driving a strategic client programme for the firms key clients. You will be involved in managing and developing client relationships across practice groups, sectors and locations. You will bring a commercial, analytical and process driven approach to client management and manage the formal strategic client programme and support function. This role will include opportunity management for our most strategic opportunities and will require a deep knowledge of the business and clients. The role will include:  understanding the fundamentals of strategic key client management  developing and driving a strategic key client programme  collaborating with client relationship partners, practice groups and support functions, aligned to key clients and targets, to develop strategic client development plans with Smart objectives and defined, cross practice goals  measuring and monitoring performance of client teams  developing and driving a communications programme around the strategic clients, collaborating with the Marketing and Communications Teams  working with Learning and Development or other external providers to develop client relationship management skills across the key client programme and wider firm  evaluating market research, sectors, trends and developments to identify new market opportunities  recognize new business development opportunities and managing opportunities across the client and target portfolios  collaborate with the Proposals team and the wider Business Development function as required  lead and manage the business development support team aligned to key clients, practice areas and sectors The sucessful candidate;  Will have a strong understanding of the fundamentals of strategic key account management;  Will have a demonstrable track record of success in professional services or large corporates;  Will be an excellent communicator, highly articulate and credible;  Will have an ability to collaborate across the partnership and build relationships internally and externally;  Will be a natural business developer with a keen eye for detail;  Will have a commercial mind-set, strategic and analytical approach;  Be a strong starter finisher and results driven;  Be an excellent team player and good team management skills.
