We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Sales department, working as Head of Sales within the Cybersecurity & Information Resilience Ireland Sales team. Cybersecurity and Information Resilience is a new and exciting area of growth for BSI and as a result we are looking to build a Sales team and structure to support this, of which you would lead.  Products and Services include Penetration testing, PCI, DSS, QSA, GDPR, Information Security Training, end user Security Awareness Training and Cloud based security enforcing products. Cybersecurity and Information Resilience is key to helping clients safely manage and secure their information, strengthen their information governance and safeguard  their critical infrastructure. About the Role Responsible for the sales performance for the Irish business primarily, aligning to the International Cybersecurity & Information Resilience business in our go to market strategy. Build account and business unit plans, with revenue targets, rounded up into a sales plan and forecast, whilst focusing on bottom line profitability in line with group contribution and expectations. Incorporate new business development policies and behaviours among the sales team to drive new business and customer acquisition. Grow the account base through link selling and cross selling and increase our average revenue per account and customer retention. Set up and schedule regular account reviews for exploring and identifying further opportunities. Drive success through the sales team and facilitate regular quality performance development reviews focused on career development. Be a role model and brand ambassador and provide support, guidance, and education on how to promote the BSI brand and customer value proposition. Align closely to the marketing plan rollout to ensure best in class presales, post sales and delivery. Incorporate sales policies and programmes across the departments that can be adopted as best practice in other countries. Identify key areas for improvement in the sales process and prepare an implementation plan. About You A driven, competitive, influential individual, you'll have excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of developing strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders. Experience in leading and managing multi-disciplinary sales teams, while driving sales process including lead and pipeline management. Excellent analytical abilities to enable sales forecasting and process performance review. In addition you'll have experience of directing, driving, and winning large complex proposals. A broad range of cybersecurity related products and services sales experience. A strong  team player who can motivate sales people and keep this motivation high during all stages of the sales cycles. The ability to manage the needs of internal and external customers, locally and internationally is central to this role. Degree level qualified. You must also have a valid work visa, be open to travel and have excellent written and oral English. What we offer:  This role offers a highly competitive starting salary
