Company overview:
We currently have a great opportunity within a Healthcare agency that focuses on Advertising, within the Medical Communications industry. They are looking for an Account Director and a Digital Account Director, to join their successful team based in London. You will ideally be either an existing Account Director, looking for a new and exciting job opportunity, or a Senior Account Manager, ready to take that next step in your career.

Job responsibilities:
* Provide strategic direction of accounts and contribute to business development plans.
* Consistently keep within budgets and time frames.
* Meet clients, new and existing, ensuring to maintain and build relationships.
* Coaching and mentoring project team members, aiding them in their careers and progression plans.
* Motivate your team and provide a supportive, friendly and hard working environment.
* Review and provide feedback on all projects, ensuring the scientific accuracy and therapeutic relevance.
* Making sure all work is compliant with existing and new procedures.
* Effectively and efficiently updating the Managing Director on ongoing projects and accounts.

About You:
You must have relevant experience within Medical Communications looking to extend your knowledge and skills further to better your work and the work of project team members. Our client is looking to expand and develop their team with an enthusiastic, confident and refreshing Account Director, willing to put 100% into their team and clients.

Skills/Qualifications required:
* A Bachelor`s of Science or a Master`s of Science qualification is essential.
* Advertising or relevant experience within a Medical Communications agency.
* Experience in Line management and mentoring/training.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships through a client facing role.
