**Description:**

Facilitate low and medium complexity rebate programs from customer enrollment to payment. Create pricing consistency throughout all D&R functions by maintaining accurate, timely master pricing templates to be used by all species and distribution partners. Create and maintain master templates for all rebate enrollment forms. Update the forms and templates to maintain current BIVI product lists, SKU numbers and price lists. Enable effective collaboration and business partnering by providing functional support and maintenance for all Discounts and Rebates sharerooms.

**Duties & Responsibilities:**

+ Complete rebate program enrollment, validation and payment process. Use standard process and risk controls to ensure calculations match the approved program criteria.

+ Provide programming support and maintenance for all pricing functions administered by the Discounts and Rebates team, including (but not limited to) master pricing templates for all marketing divisions, 4-eyes risk control for master pricing files and rebate program documentation.

+ Provide programming support and maintenance for all sharerooms governed by the Discounts and Rebates team, including (but not limited to) Incentive Tracking and Approval, BIVI Approval Flow, Rebate Team Shareroom and Pricing Shareroom.

+ Provide support to Discounts and Rebates Manager/Associate Director via support of ad-hoc requests to achieve business goals.

+ Performs all Company business in accordance with all regulations (e.g. EEO, FDA, OSHA etc.) and Company policies and procedures. When violations are noted/observed they are to be immediately reported to management. Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts in order to main BIVI's excellent reputation within the community.

**Requirements:**

+ A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four (4) year college is required.

+ One (1) to two (2) years administrative, customer service and/or relevant business experience.

+ Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.

+ Ability to travel (may include overnight travel).

+ History of successful performance.

**Eligibility Requirements:**

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

+ Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)

+ Must be 18 years of age or older
