Job Description

A growing residential heating and air conditioning company is looking for qualified customer service representatives to schedule all inbound service requests. Our growth plans require a person who wants a career and is willing to help us grow. It's a challenging, exciting, and fun opportunity. Ideal candidate is detail oriented, task oriented, and customer service focused.

The Primary function of our Customer Service Representitive will be to work on outbound calling campaigns to schedule "tune-ups" to our existing customer base, they will also be answering/scheduling inbound calls.

Compensation includes hourly plus commission / bonus.


+ Schedule and qualify all inbound service requests

+ Out bound customer satisfaction follow up phone calls

+ Do various administrative work, filing etc. when applicable.

+ Outbound phone calls to confirm all appointments

+ As needed, outbound phone calls to fill gaps in our technicians work schedules


+ A consistent positive attitude with the ability to deal with change on an on going basis.

+ Must be a TEAM player.

+ Able to handle a multi function telephone system.

+ Exceptional telephone communication skills in relating to customers needs, wants and concerns.

+ The ability to educate customers over the phone

+ Be able to handle a fast paced environment.

+ Be able to handle multiple functions at a time.

+ A minimum of a two year college degree or equivalent training in the field.

+ Be able to work flexible hours when needed.

+ Complete computer skills with the ability to type 50 words per minute or more with very little error, if any at all.

+ The ability to learn quickly.

+ Be punctual and on time to work with very little absenteeism.
