**Role synopsis:**

The Supply Chain Project Manager position is a dual role. First, it provides subject matter expertise in the key supply chain functional areas. Secondly, the Project Manager will act as a change agent supporting and enabling the execution of change initiatives across the supply chain/ value chain inclusive of Procurement, the sales order process, Planning, Manufacturing, HSSE, logistics, and Distribution within the Supply Chain. In this role, you will provide Project / Change Management support to one or all of the Supply Chain's business partners (Automotive Lubricants, Industrial Lubricants, and Marine & Energy Lubricants). You will also interface with all functions within the Supply Chain and with the businesses to ensure seamless integration of key change initiatives.

**Key accountabilities:**

As the Project Manager, you will bring your supply chain subject matter expertise and functional skills (i.e. operations, planning, logistics, distribution and warehousing) to the Project Management Team. We'll look to you to lead change initiatives (project, program, process and organizational) that impact the broader Supply Chain and has a connection to manufacturing operations in the areas of process, production & warehousing, engineering & maintenance, quality, HSSE, planning & scheduling, and raw material supply synchronization.

In this role, you'll also have responsibility for the following:

+ Accountable for supporting Project Management Office processes and practices

+ Defines the scope of projects sufficiently so that stakeholders understand the requirements

+ Ensures that a clear and appropriately detailed project plan is in place highlighting the steps and timeline to affect the project, with clear milestones identified

+ Drives the formal Management of Change (MoC) process at a regional level and ensures alignment with Plant MoC content and objectives

+ Ensures the right stakeholders are engaged up front and throughout the change process

+ Provides a robust risk assessment via the RAT tool

+ Owns team performance related to delivery of the required change initiatives being on time and on budget

+ Provides timely updates to appropriate stakeholders, as agreed, within the Supply Chain and Business regarding project delivery progress, issues and barriers, risks and current timeline status

+ Participates in cross-functional teams to analyze and implement formulary cost savings projects

+ Challenges project scopes and deliverables to ensure alignment with set strategies and priorities

+ Takes ownership for identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities within the PMO processes by having awareness of industry training and new practices

+ May, on occasion, have ownership and management of Capex and Revex as part of the overall change management initiatives

**Essential Education:**

Holds a university degree in an associated subject

**Desirable criteria and qualifications:**

+ Six Sigma training

+ Fluent in English, Spanish a plus

**Essential experience and job requirements:**

+ A minimum of 8 years supply chain experience in fast paced consumer goods, lubricants or chemical/ petrochemical processing

+ A minimum of 3 years' experience as a project manager

+ PMI certification required

+ Demonstrated track record of leading change management initiatives, with a heavy emphasis on teamwork, engagement, and inclusion of stakeholders that are meaningfully impacted by the change

+ Good understanding of best practices in supply chain management, procurement, operations, planning, logistic, inventory control, systems, safety, warehousing, and distribution

+ Demonstrated capabilities in leadership, negotiation and networking skills

+ Knowledge of international business
