**COMPANY DESCRIPTION:**

Brand Energy Services of CA, Inc. also known as BrandSafway, is currently recruiting for a Billing Coordinator in Fairfield, CA. BrandSafwayhas an established business strategy to maintain and grow market share worldwide in key Industrial and Commercial markets primarily with Fortune 1000 companies.The company serves industrial and commercial construction markets through the following key business units: Industrial Scaffolding, Commercial Scaffolding, Concrete Construction, Insulation, Carpentry, Special Events and Safety Services.The company is searching for Billing to support the West Region which currently consists of 13 operating divisions and is growing revenue through acquisition and organic opportunities.

**SUMMARY OF POSITION** **:**

Utilize labor and rental billing systems to generate invoices and send to customers.Understand ERP systems of certain large customers and assist in the efforts of certain site locations.Work with Brand's Collections team to ensure accurate reconciliations, timely payments and correct cash applications.Ability to audit for compliance at divisions.Identify opportunities to improve the current billing process.

**_Billing Processor_** **_Descriptions:_**

Reporting to the Billing Manager, the Billing Processor will process customer billings for Northwest region, recommend improvements, audit for compliance at division offices and provide support for month end close/job cost review.Success will depend on strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, strong PC skills, resourcefulness and initiative.

•Works with division representatives to ensure accurate and timely billing, consistent with the requirements of the customer.

•Design billing processes for new customers, understand customer billing objectives and work to integrate into standard Brand Processes.

•Reviews and understands contracts and ensures billing is processed in accordance with the terms of the contract.

•Interact with customers to insure their needs are met.

•Manage custom interface programs between customer payable applications and Brand billing applications.

•Communicate effectively with Payroll & Division managers to ensure billing is complete and accurate.

•Provide analysis and support for Region Billing process, including the understanding and challenging of underlying assumptions.Will learn current process and recommend improvements utilizing data to isolate risks and opportunities of improvements.

•Identify and recommend key strategic change for streamlining and improvement of the Billing process.

•Support monthly close by understanding, analyzing and communicating results.

•Support Region analysis on Billing timeliness and trends. Ad hoc requirements on strategic initiatives, acquisitions, etc.

Degree in related field is preferred, though not required.

Must have a minimum 2 years direct experience in a finance related position.
