Position Description:

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating the employment and recruiting process for the hospital. Supervises the day-to-day employment functions. Identifies employment and recruiting needs and problem-solves to support the hospital's mission and values and department strategic plan.

Position Requirements:

College degree in business and/or Human Resources strongly preferred. May be offset by relevant and substantial work experience in a recruiting or human resources position. Three (3) or more years of demonstrated full life-cycle recruiting experience. Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated managerial/leadership experience overseeing a talent acquisition team in a health care setting. Knowledge of information technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, leaders, vendors, and senior management across the organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Consulting and collaboration skills.
