Territory Sales Rep - Infection Control/Medical Devices - London & South East
Job Summary We've been retained by a leading Infection Control company, part of an international group, to identify an outstanding salesperson to take over their London & South East UK region. Having brought in a new Managing Director 16 months ago, this company is on a real growth mission, and upgrading their Sales team is a key part of that mission. The region makes up two thirds of their UK sales, so there's a great platform to build on, and given their flat structure, the exposure and experience you'd gain in this role makes for a unique career opportunity. They also offer an extremely competitive (and uncapped) commission and bonus scheme.
Job Overview Your role as Territory Sales Rep will include developing current customers and opening new accounts, in the company's most lucrative territory. Providing a full infection control solution, you will work with NHS Trusts and buying groups while identifying innovative strategies to build the territory.
Skills Required We are looking for someone either with a background in Medical Device Sales or with Clinical experience (e.g. Nursing) who is looking to get into the field. Knowledge of, or experience with, infection control products would be a plus.
The right candidate will be driven, independent and able to plan and execute effectively.
