Position Specific Description
The Administrative Technician role will have the responsibilities of an Executive Administrative Assistant with the added opportunity to conduct research and business analysis that provides room to grow in the position. Bachelor's Degree in Economics,Environmental, Natural Resources, Energy Studies, Renewables, Sustainability, or related field highly preferred.

Executive Administrative Assistantresponsibilities will include, but not limited to:

* Accurately maintain calendar(s)
* Managing and prioritizing phone messages
* Play the lead role in coordinating the quarterly all hands meeting
* Assist with all correspondence (letters, email, etc....)
* Schedule all conference calls and meetings
* Actively manage schedules and appointments
* Coordinating office moves within the business unit
* Arrange travel & prepare itineraries
* Processes invoices and expense reports
* General office administrative duties
* Coordinate support with the team of other administrative professionals
* Proactively complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned
* The incumbent will require minimal supervision, direction and control, also the ability to multi-task & assist in management of departmental matters and functions.
Business Analystresponsibilities will include, but not limited to:

* Conducts analyses and prepares reports that provide operational and/or technical support to business operations
* Conducts quantitative and qualitative research to support small to medium special projects
* Assists with process design and modification for continuous business improvement
* Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Under direct supervision:
• Contacts other departments and/or outside agencies to resolve problems
• Processes accounts payable and accounts receivable and sets up and maintains vendors for multiple companies
• Audits invoices entered at remote locations for completeness and accuracy, corrects errors in accordance with procedure
• Manages electronic workflow, monitors and resolves open invoice items, prepares and processes domestic and foreign wire transfers
• Creates and maintains vendor data to include IRS 1099 reporting requirements
• Interacts with all levels of employees as needed to perform responsibilities
• Works on special projects as requested
• Applies advance bookkeeping practices for project accounting
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
