Requisition Number 17-0136 Post Date 5/17/2018 Title Branded Environments - Designer III City Chicago State IL Description Perkins+Will is looking for CREATIVE team members to join our CHICAGO BRANDED ENVIRONMENTS practice. Interested individuals should exhibit conceptual and analytical skills, be inquisitive by nature, pursue creative design thinking methods, and have a foundational understanding of Brand Concepts and the potential for their integration into three-dimensional built environments. Each new team member must be collaborative and work well in a team environment to reach successful project outcomes. Design solutions apply to a variety of project types, regionally, nationally and globally, including Corporate, Healthcare, Academic Institutions, Transit, Science+Technology, and Urban Environments. Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree or Higher
  • Minimum 6-8 years Experience
  • Demonstrates experience in developing all aspects of a Branded Environment from research, to programming, concept development, and all phases of design, documentation and implementation
  • Can develop solutions built on Brand Strategy in conjunction with other team members
  • Capable of guiding a project team to achieve goals in all phases of work stream
  • Develops, prepares and coordinates presentation materials with project team members
  • Capable of coordinating contractors, consultants, and vendor assignments
  • Possesses strong verbal, written and visual communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced software skills - LEED AP or within 6 months of hire
