The Data Science and Informatics division of Corteva research is
taking its geospatial data and analytics to the field by putting information
into the hands of our customers. To support this effort, we are growing our
existing platform to provide web and mobile applications so that our users can
make real time management decisions to advance our seed products.

You will have the opportunity to influence what we build and how
we build We are looking for a top notch Javascript engineer, with well-rounded
experience in the latest technology stacks as well as experience and interest
in building visualizations for geospatial data.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Design and implement key componentsfor mobile field scouting and data collection applications.

+ Apply state of the art UItechnologies and encourage adoption across teams.

+ Collaborate closely withproject/product management, end users, and engineering teams to createinnovative user interfaces and features.

+ Clearly articulate opportunities forcontinuous improvements to existing systems with a clear understanding ofimpact on business.

+ Be a team player that everyone wantsto work with.

+ Develop with a focus on comprehensivetesting and automation.

+ Be interested in working withmultiple sources of data from drones, satellites, and IoT devices.

+ Debug client/server applications andtroubleshoot integration issues.


**About you:**

+ Expert level knowledge of Javascript,HTML5 and CSS. You have stayed current with Javascript frameworks and designprinciples.

+ You have experience implementingapplications with geospatial libraries and frameworks such as Leaflet, mapbox,open layers, turfjs, etc.

+ Experience with functional reactiveprogramming.

+ Experience with modern web UIframeworks (i.e. React, or Angular).

+ Experience developing severalresponsive, intuitive and robust web applications.

+ A passion for learning and working ina collaborative team environment.

+ A self-directed learner with apassion to stay on the cutting edge of web technology.

+ Linux or OS X is your preferredoperating system.

**Nice to have:**

+ Experience working with Backendengineers to define APIs and data formats.

+ Experience with Amazon Web Services

+ Experience with Python

+ Experience with SQL programminglanguage

+ Experience building visualizations ofscientific data

+ Redux
