**About The Job**

This job is a member of the Information Technology team, within the Information Technology Division. This position will assist in the daily administration and assistance/troubleshooting of PSA's Maintenance iPad program.

Specifically, you'll do the following:

+ Responds to user calls/emails for the purpose of troubleshooting. Provides Level 1 technical support

+ Monitors ongoing FAA regulatory compliance of the Mobility program

+ Collects user feedback through surveys/interviews and track trends for the purpose of ease of use and program modification

+ Works with American Airlines Mobility Managers and third-party vendors to ensure quality and stock of devices and associated equipment

+ Administers the iPad spares management process and coordinate with Stratix and the base admins, through full life-cycle management

+ Assists with the administration of the document control management tool in coordination with Technical Publications

+ Assists with deployment and operational testing of new and existing Applications, Betas, and iOS updates, including the research of trends and new features associated with updates

+ Formats and disseminates information via the iPad device (Alerts, Bulletins, Read and Signs), including management of base-specific materials. Ensures consistency in documentation

+ Manages program to distribute iPads to new and existing employees. Maintains database of current inventory and serial numbers of iPads assigned to employees

+ Administers employee purchase program as employees exercise iPad purchase options

+ Manages accessories and parts inventory including cases, backup batteries, styluses, etc.

+ Assists in the training and the management of access for New Hires (NH) with the device

+ Works with Identity Management and other American associates to resolve issues with New Hire classes

+ Makes recommendations for process and program enhancements

+ Coordinates with maintenance training team to develop, refine, and deliver mobility training programs


**Required Qualifications**

+ Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Technology, or related field or equivalent experience/training

+ 3 years of experience working in a regulated industry and/or airline industry

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Technology, or related field or equivalent experience/training

+ 2 years of Apple iOS device management

+ 5 years of experience working in a regulated industry and/or airline industry

+ Knowledge and ability to research/apply FAA regulatory compliance

+ Demonstrated problem-solving skills

+ Strong project management skills

+ Ability to assimilate large volumes of detailed information, and organize/present material in simple terms

+ Ability to adapt to unexpected events, new facts, and rapidly changing circumstances

+ Ability to thrive in a sense-of-urgency environment and leverage best practices

+ Ability to work well within a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision

+ Ability to effectively explain technical concepts and adjust messaging based on the audience

+ Ability to influence through outstanding interpersonal skills, collaboration, and negotiation skills
