Tie-up with local organizations for successful implementation of CSR activities in Eastern Zone Execution of CSR programs in coordination with Business Team, Admin Team, HO and NGO Managing pre & post program activities like survey, permission from the authority, meeting the NGO etc. Conducting trainings for staff/clients CSR Conducting CSR activities in North region Conducting Financial Literacy Programs for the clients Regular coordination with Branch team and Admin till the program is successfully executed Searching for reliable NGOs, Coordination and follow-up with them for activities Ensuring media coverage and availability of Guest in CSR events by in collaboration with Ngo and Branch staff Helping admin in finding venue and other arrangements Getting permission from required Govt. authorities Regular monitoring of Skilling program Conducting pre, during and post program survey and feedback etc. SPM Training of staff on PPI, CoC, FPC and CPP Conducting focused group discussion (FGD) with the clients Ensure branches has all the relevant documents like CoC poster and other related documents. Providing client success story in co-ordination with the branch staff Job Requirements Qualifications Bachelors degree in any stream preferably in Social Sciences M.A in any stream/MBA/MSW from D.U, Jamia Milia Islamia or Amity Institute of NGO Mgmt. Experience 2-3 years in the field of social work/event mgmt./training
