Environment and Premises Co-ordinator
£25 - 33K + Excellent Benefits
Our client is a leading international law firm, advising on high-profile and ground-breaking transactions around the globe. This is a new role and will support the Environment and Premises Teams on a wide range of matters including collecting and analysing environmental data, development of the firm's existing energy and environmental management systems, and support premises on building related matters including projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Undertaking general administration duties for the firm's ISO certified management systems
• Providing support in preparation for, and during, internal and external audits
• Maintaining environment internet/intranet pages and assisting with firm wide communications and events
• Obtaining, preparing and analysing monthly environmental data from suppliers
• Preparing reports and presentations
• Co-ordinating projects, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required
• Delivering advice, guidance and training with support from the Environment Manager
• Liaising with on-site contractors and other suppliers
• Some working outside of normal office hours (9.30am to 5.30pm) may be required
In order to be considered for this role, you will have:
• An environmental related degree or experience in a similar role
• Practical experience of working with ISO certified management systems, ideally ISO 14001
• Good knowledge of current sustainability and environmental issues, including energy efficiency and waste management
• Exceptional attention to detail with good analytical skills
• Practical experience of using Excel to create graphs and interrogate data
